My job as a QHHT Practitioner is to facilitate your own communication with your Subconscious, also known as your Higher Self, Super Conscious, or Oversoul. The Subconscious is the most loving part of you that is all-knowing. They are guiding your session and only have your best interest and highest good at heart. You will receive the most appropriate information, guidance, and/or healing/relief for you specifically in your session. One of the most helpful things to do is from the moment you decide to book a session, to affirm that you have clear and direct communication with you Higher Self from that moment forward. If you meditate, consider incorporating that mantra in your practice. In present tense: "I have clear and direct communication with my Higher Self". Repeat to yourself or aloud at least 3x whenever you think about it, in meditation, and especially right before bed.
List of Questions
It is important and necessary to prepare a list of questions you would like answers to and bring them with you to your session. Please print them out or write them down clearly. Common questions include:
"What is my life's purpose", "Am I on the right path?", "What job should I be doing?", "What is going on in my relationship with my relative/spouse/etc.?", "Why did such-and-such happen?", "Why do I have this physical or health issue/fear? Can it be healed?" , "What should I do in this major life decision?"
There is no limit to number or kind of questions you may ask. Some people have only a few questions where others have 50. Please just put them in order of importance and leave curiosity questions towards the end.

Physical Preparation
It is ideal to have your body relaxed and your mind calm yet alert. Please refrain from drinking alcohol or caffeine right before the session, preferably not the night before, either. Please do not skip your coffee if it is part of your morning routine, but do keep the intake to a minimum. Please no drugs. A long walk or light exercise before the session is suggested.
